​we have four exclusive Mitsuba make powder coating guns with individual booths for different colors - as per customer specific colors. There are 2 curing ovens suitable to handle very small to big jobs. The size are given for Reference (8 * 6 * 6 Feet - 2 nos / 4 * 5 * 5 - 2 nos )
HOT ZINC - MANGANESE PHOSPHATING
This is the corrosion resistant coating consists of iron and manganese phosphate and reduce wear on such articles like pistons, piston rings, liners, cam shaft motor blocks & similar bearing surfaces We have 7 stage facilities to carry out this Phosphate tanks are suitable to carry out small jobs to big parts size up to 24 inches body.
