Horizontal scrubber
The Packed Bed Scrubber, or Packed Tower, is designed to remove gaseous or vaporous pollutants from an air stream. The process is accomplished by contacting the contaminated air stream with a scrubbing liquor that absorbs or chemically reacts with the pollutants. Some vapors can be simply removed by condensation through the cooling effect of the circulating liquid. The cleaned air is then discharged to the atmosphere and the contaminated scrubbing liquor is either disposed of in an approved manner or chemically treated and recycled. In some cases, the collected contaminants can be recovered and reused in the original or other processes.

Vertical scrubber

Direct Drive blowers
All direct motor drive Exhaust Centrifugal Blowers are supplied with suitable Electric motor with Fan cooling and also Flame Proof. In Exhaust Centrifugal Blowers, Impeller are Directly mounted on Shaft of Electric motor. Electric motor in Direct drive Blowers are mounted on M.S. fabricated base Plate

Belt Drive blowers
All Belt driven Exhaust Centrifugal Blowers are provided with EN-8 Steel shaft extension running in Ball bearing of different types like Pillow Block Pedestal, Sleeve type Pedestal, double bearing type etc.
Exhaust Centrifugal Blowers are provided with V type or Flat Pulley of suitable size. Complete Shaft and Bearing systems are mounted on M.S. Fabricated Base Plate. It is also available with aluminium disc for air cooling of bearings.

Ducting
The PP FRP Ducting will be fabricated out of PPGL Sheets & the same will be externally coated with FRP using Isopthalic grade resin. It found its use in transmission of gases and corrosive fumes generated during different processes in the industries

Fume Hood
The Fume Hood is an economic way to remove gases/smoke from the laboratory and keep the worktop free. Size of hoods and ducting area designed to fix to the exhaust fan for achieving proper air flow.
Fume hood and ducting from variety of material to suit demands can be manufactured.

Non-Corossive plastic heat recovery system
A waste heat recovery unit is an energy recovery heat exchanger that recovers cooling from cold air exhausts. A non-corrosive plastic heat pipe system is used to recover cooling from the exhausts with potentially high chemical content. Heat recovery systems are basically of two types - air-air heat exchange and air-water heat exchange.

Poly carbonated enclosure
We at lifeline provide polycarbonate enclosures that are used in labs (clean rooms) for performing chemical tests. It is fully made of polycarbonate sheets.

GI Ducting
Ducts are conduits or passages used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows include, for example, supply air, return air, and exhaust air.[1] Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. As such, air ducts are one method of ensuring acceptable indoor air quality as well as thermal comfort.
